3- Check out and select your pickup time. Allow the store one hour to prepare your order. The time to prepare the order is subject to the checkout process time.
4- Bring the "Ready for Pickup" email to the area of the store indicated on your email. Navarro's associate will bring your order out to you. The associate will charge you for the balance of your order.
**** Orders placed after store closing will receive the "Ready for Pickup" email the following business day once the order is ready for pickup.
You can check the item availability in the stores in your area from the product page once you select a location.
We'll send you notification via email and confirm that your items are ready for pickup.
1- Orders can be picked up usually the same day, depending if your order was placed during the NavarroExpress store hours.
2- Wait to receive your "Ready for Pick up" email before you go to the store. The email is usually sent within 1 hour if your order is placed during store hours.
Yes, you can send someone else to pick up your order, but there are a few extra stepsyou'll need to take to verify your identity. This is for your protection and it will only take a few minutes.
During the checkout process, be sure to check the "someone else will pick up my order" box. You'll need to supply the name and email of the person who will be picking up your order. We'll send them an email message, which they need to bring with them the store as identification.
Store hours vary. Once you select a store with our Store Locator, click on see details for the store hours. Store hours will also appear your Order Summary and "Ready for Pick Up" email.
Bring your "Ready for Pick Up" email.
For most orders, go to Merchandise Pick Up, which is located in front of the store. Present the purchasing credit card and the "Ready for Pick Up" email to the Associate or go to the customer service counter and present the purchasing credit card and the "Ready for Pick Up" email to the Associate. The associate will charge you for the balance of your order.
To cancel an order placed for pick up, contact the store you selected for pick up.
