Do you have a price match on items sold on your site with your competitor online?

We currently don't offer a price match online.

Do you do back orders?

We will try. Simply contact us at 786 245 8524 and we can research your order and see if we can accommodate the order. All orders are subject to availability, if items in your order are not available you will be contacted by a Navarro customer service agent & issued a full refund.

What is your shipping and return policy?

30 Day Return Policy

Navarro.com has gone out of its way to ensure you have a pleasurable shopping experience. However our concern doesn't only encompass your buying experience, we want you to have a no hassle return experience as well. Therefore should you ever want to return an item that you purchased from Navarro.com, we will provide you a full refund, minus any restocking fees that apply, within 30 days of your purchase.

Please Note: Food & Beverages need to be returned within 7 days of the day of receipt in order to get credit for the item.

Our customers are always welcomed to return any item they purchase on Navarro.com. We want you to be pleased with your purchase and if it's not exactly what you wanted, we will take it back no questions asked.

If you wish to return an item to Navarro.com, we kindly ask that you please follow the instructions provided below. We have also included the instructions in your packing slip with your shipped items.

Please Note:

The only items that do not qualify for the 30 Day Return are: Food and Beverages. In order to process a return you must resend these items back to us within 7 days of the date you received them in perfect condition. No Exceptions.

Rules for Returning Merchandise or Goods to Navarro.com

1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All products must be returned in new and excellent condition, to ensure you receive full credit. Please note that any FREE Shipping Item will have a 15% Restocking Fee.

2. We ask that our Customers please complete the return questionnaire on the following page so we can know the reason for the return in advance and the status of the returned items.

3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels, stickers or papers from the outside of the package or boxes in which you are sending the items or goods.

• We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

• It is recommended that you use UPS or USPS for your return. Please note Navarro.com will not pay for return service.

• We highly encourage our customers to add return tracking so you can monitor your return delivery status.

• To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Sorry! No Exceptions Allowed.

• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. Please note that any FREE Shipping Item will have a 15% Restocking Fee.

• Credits or gift cards will be issued to the original purchaser.

My Product Was Opened or Looked Opened When I Received it

Open or used products returned to Navarro.com will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined upon receipt of the item at the following address:

This restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. It is very important that you note that IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT(S) IN UNSELLABLE CONDITION we will ship the product back to you and will NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH A REFUND.

Exchanges

We do not except exchanges at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please Note:Once Navarro.com initiates the credit for your return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determined by the Credit Card Company which issued the original payment at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you give us an opportunity to credit the amount, being that in most circumstances, the credit appearing on your statement or credit card can take some time.

Received a Damaged or Defective Item?

Navarro has ensured to follow a 5 point inspection process with all of your shipped items. We have also added various Quality Control measures tracked by our internal systems and team therefore, if you receive a damaged or defective good or item, please know that we have done everything possible from the time we stocked the item, to shipping your item to ensure the reliability of the item(s).

In the event you receive a defective item, we will pull our records and run our packaging and fulfillment archives on the item you purchased for your convenience to better assist you. Any defective item requiring a return should first start with an email to our customer service center at

In your email please supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number. Navarro.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. Navarro.com takes great pride in offering FREE Shipping to all of our customers in certain categories. The following Categories we currently offer Free Shipping with purchases over $49.00 are as followed:

Please note that FREE Shipping is good for items purchased up to 5lbs in weight. Packages going over 5 LBS in weight will be charged an additional .99 cents per pound. Please Note that Free Shipping items returned to Navarro.com will have restocking fee of 15% per item.

Every item in our store can ship standard 5-6 Business Days.

2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air

All of our 2nd and 3rd Day Air Shipments will be shipped UPS.
