1- How long will it take to receive my order?
Globalshopex’s offers two shipping options:
1- Standard shipping approximately 10 – 15 business days
2-Priority Shipping takes approximately 5 -10 business days
2. If I am unsatisfied with my order, how can I return it?
GlobalShopex understands that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item.
Returns, refunds and exchanges will be accepted based on the merchant's policies. You must contact our customer service team at GlobalShopex firstname.lastname@example.org to submit this request. You will receive detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA). All orders are subject to the return policy of the online store where your items were purchased.
Refund: If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the merchandise purchase price, minus shipping cost of the merchandise back to the store we purchased it from on your behalf, and any return or restocking fees that are charged by the store which you purchased from.
Your refund will not be issued until the item is accepted and refunded by the store.
Exchange: If you request an exchange, they will be handled per order basis depending on the merchant's policies. You will pay for all shipping fees including domestic shipping to and from the store. We will bill you via your original payment method for any additional charges incurred.
3. I received an email promotion for 10% off. Can I apply the discount to my international order?
Yes, you may apply the discount to your order by entering the coupon code in the checkout at Navarro.com before choosing “International Checkout” . Your discounted price will then reflect in the cart.
4. Why are some of the items that I added to my shopping cart unable to ship international?
GlobalShopex does not have any limitations in regards to the size or weight of a package, therefore, according to Aeronautical regulation (IATA), GlobalShopex cannot send perfumes or other dangerous merchandise in any consolidated aerial shipments.
5. What are the countries GlobalShopex can ship to? What are the rates?
We ship to over 150 countries, Final cost of product plus shipping and handling fee to destination are calculated at our International checkout site, you will be able to see total amount before entering payment details.
